[NRVR-Members] Inspect your Pro38 Cesaroni motors for bad forward closures

Many of you probably heard about this by now.. but if you have Cesaronio/CTI Pro38 motors with date codes between July-December 2015, you'll want to inspect them for the wavy lines mentioned in this article:

"Any 38mm motor with a manufacture date from July 2015 to December 2015 stamped on the cardboard tube is suspect.".. but visual inspection is the best indicator of the issue.
