[NRVR-Members] Need Volunteers for This Weekend's Two Day Launch

Bob, what’s involved in registering the trailer?  Is that something I can do, despite not being the owner?  I can go to DMV and do their slo-mo process, if needed, and if they’ll let me do it. (Ie, not being the owner)
