Title: LAUNCH: CanSat Launch Event
NRVR/, Tripoli Commercial H Launch for International CatSat CompetitionThis  
is a TRA insured, high power, commercial launch that only allows  
certified commercial low and high power motors.This is a special support  
launch event organized by the American Astronautical Society  
(AAS) and sponsored by NASA Goddard and the US Naval Research  
Lab. We'll be doing some finishing touches on the field setup starting  
9am and need folks to help with doing LCO, RSO support, and around 3-4 L1  
certified folks to help as pad managers (loading HP rockets and loading  
igniters). For more info on the international CanSat competition, see

and supporting the launch, all the pre-configured rockets are built and  
controlled by the CanSat organizers, and the students are simply inserting  
their CanSat payload into the rocket (which we and the CanSat organizers  
are flying), and then the CanSat judges inspect the student payloads and  
score them.  Since this is a club/NRVR launch, standard RSO, LCO, and  
Pad Managers are still overseeing all launch events and are tasked with  
keeping the launch safe, and enforcing TRA launch safety  
requirements.Please let us know if you are available to help with any of  
these launch duties.
