We also do still require flyers to submit a <a href="http://server2.nrvr.org/files/NRVR_Pre-Flight_Data_Capture_Form_2020.pdf">Pre-Flight Data Capture Form</a> for complex or potentially risky flights, certification attempts, or any high-power flights by new members, visitors, or students. Tightening up our safety limits a bit, we now also require this form for flights expected to exceed 3000 feet, or have "L" level of total impulse (2560.01 Ns) installed. All forms need to submitted to <a href="mailto:officers@nrvr.org">officers(at)nrvr.org</a> <em>before</em> the day of the launch. </span></div>

At this launch, Dr. Pat Artis will be holding his annual glider event for first-year Engineering students, where they are required to build and fly boost gliders and compete for glide time. This is always a fun day, and is a great opportunity to show off some "wow" factor to potential new rocketeers.<br /> </span></div>
