Hey all..
Just as a reminder, and for those who have never been to a NRVR Night Launch before.. here are the detailed rules (you can't just show up with a rocket at our night launch and expect to fly it): http://server2.nrvr.org/files/NRVR_Night_Launch_Operations.pdf
Specifically:
1) Rockets:
-All rockets must have an illumination device (details in link above)
examples:
-three small rockets w LED "finger lights" on pad: http://tinyurl.com/nrvr-night-lights1
-high power rocket with active LED lighting: http://tinyurl.com/nrvr-night-lights-2
-All night launch rockets must be RSO approved BEFORE Dark
-No first time flights (previous flight in same config)
-No Complex Rockets
2) Personnel: All flyers and spectators need to have a glow stick or flashlight (red filter lights preferred)
3) Recovery Personnel: All recovery participants MUST have illumination with them so RSO/LCOs can track who is in the field.
See you there!
Tweeks
