[NRV Rocketry] Rocket launch this Saturday

We were asked to move our launch up a week to accommodate VT students. We
will hold a one day launch Saturday April 29.

I am committed to be there from 9am to 7pm unless we really can't fly
because of rain or wind. I know that some people came out to the last two
launches and I had packed up due to lus turnout or windy conditions.  I
just don't know if a good way to inform everyone when we have to change a
launch at the last minute.

There will not be a motor vendor but we will have access to bathrooms.

We will also have a few of our cool new NRVR shirts and hats for sale and
our cool rocket pens. Set up starts st 9:00 and launching will start by 10.
I plan to run until 7pm or we run out of rockets.
