Title: LAUNCH: NRVR+VT Rocketry NIGHT Launch
Night launch 5:30 - 8:30
This is a special dusk to dark, TRA insured commercial launch with special  
night-safety requirements:
1) Rockets: Must meet the special flight requirements* listed here:
http://server2.nrvr.org/files/NRVR_Night_Launch_Operations.pdf
2) All Flyers & Attendees: Must all carry some form of personal  
illumination**
3) All Recovery Personnel: Must all carry strong flashlight(s)** so RSO/LCO  
can track recovery area safety.

* NOTE: Rockets may only be flown at this launch that:
-have flown in a similar configuration
-have on board illumination from pad to flight to ground
-been approved by the by the Range Safety Officer
-the RSO has the final say on all night launch approvals.

** Flash lights ideally fitted with red night filters or red-gell film.  
Spectators without a light stick or flash light will be provided a glow  
stick.

Other Launch Details:
-No HP motor vendor on site.
-Flight ceiling limited to 2,000ft AGL
-No certification, first time/heads-up, or "complex" flights allowed
-All sizes launch rods and rails available
