Can’t possibly be a K impulse if 54mm 3 grains unless the grains are 6
inches long.

A certified L2 person could fly a motor made by someone else. Unless the
motor maker is L2 THEY can’t fly at a TRA launch. NAR does not permit
research motors (home made motors). At any of their launches. Only other
way is an independent club like MDRA with their own insurance.
