Title: LAUNCH: Fall Afternoon + Night Launch @Kentland (Commercial)
Special October Afternoon + Night, Commercial (TRA) LaunchCommercial  
motors only, no research motors, complex or exotic launches at this  
launch.Saturday Day-Launch Specifics: (11am-5pm (dusk))TRA insured  
commercial-motor only launch. Because this is a day+night launch,  
we're setting up a little later. Setup begins later at 10am and we start  
flying around 11am, weather permitting.  FAA waiver to 10,000 AGL,,   
however flights over 6,000 need to be reviewed by RSO(at)nrvr.org.   
NOTE: ALL NIGHT LAUNCH configurations must be RSO approved   and  
safely flown during the day first (see night launch rules)Due to  
COVID-19, as per Virginia Tech, this launch:is NOT an open to the public  
launch (no friends, roommates, family members, etc)is intended for  
University Students and NRVR Club Members flyers onlyrequires full social  
distancing, masks and hand hygiene be followed, and will be enforced.(PPE  
provided) Day Launch Medium-High Power Safety Approval  
Requirements:For Medium through High Power Flyers (F and larger motors),  
special RSO documentation is required if you meet any of the  
following: are not a club member or are a student flyer,plan on doing  
a cert flight,plan on flying an L or M flight,are flying over 6k ft,are  
fling a research (motor) or complex (multi-stage/cluster), orare using  
exotic recovery or custom materials build (e.g. 3D printing, weird rockets,  
etc)If you match any of the above criteria please fill out this  
pre-flight data capture review form and send  
to officers(at)nrvr.org before launch day for a pre-launch  
document review & flight approval. If you meet any of these criteria  
and fail to send this info ahead of launch day, you may experience launch  
delays, be required to have a more in depth tear down or multi-RSO  
inspection, or not be allowed to fly your project at our launch.Night  
Launch: (6pm - 9pm, see separate Night Launch calendar listing)IMPORTANT:  
If planning to fly a night flight, see special nigh launch rules (no  
high power + other reqs).Please monitor our website www.nrvr.org for any  
weather related changes.
