NRV Rocketry, Tripoli High Power, Commercial Launch( one day)This is a TRA  
insured launch, high power, commercial launch of certified low and high  
power motors.Setup begins at 9am, safety briefing at 10am and we start  
flying by 11am, weather permitting. The launch limits are currently set  
to  a ceiling limited to 2,500ft AGL, and a max motor total impulse of J  
(without prior approval). All high power flights will be  reviewed and must  
be approved by by RSO(at)nrvr.org. NOTE: All Higher-Risk flights (all new  
flyers, student flights, certification attempts, etc) must  
submit             a Pre-Launch Data Capture  
form to Bob & Tweeks BEFORE launch day (see form below).Details &  
Information about this launch:This is a Tripoli insured Commercial LaunchWe  
have all sizes launch rods and rails from 1010, up through 1515/Unirail  
(advance request for 1515 and UniRail please)Current Launch maximums  
are:Ceiling restriction of 2,500ft,  (still plotting GPS recovery  
coords)Total (combined) max motor impulse of  I (J w/special  
approval)Sparkeis only allowed if RSO approves @day of  launchHigh Power  
Vendor:  -no-vendor-High Power Launch fee of $10/day (helpers get $5  
off, NRVR members additional $5 off)Students fly High Power for free (but  
donations appreciated)All low power flights are free (no launch feed or  
membership required for minors)For certification flights or exams, contact  
the prefect Bob SchonerIndoor restroom facilities will be available when no

campgrounds & amenities hereSafety Pre-Launch Data Capture  
(Request/Approval) Form for Higher-Risk, Medium-High Power Flights:For  
Medium through High Power Flyers (F and larger motors), extra RSO approval  
documentation is required if you meet any of the following higher-risk  
conditions: are a non-NRVR-member, or are a new or a student flyer flying F  
through high powerplan on doing a cert flight,plan on flying on an J or  
higher impulse motor,are flying anything with a projected apogee over 2.5k  
ft (AGL) altitude,are flying a research or modified (non-stock) motor,   
(only at research launches)are flying a complex multi-stage/cluster, orare  
using exotic recovery or custom build materials (e.g. 3D printing, "weird  
rockets", etc) or the RSO or other officer requests more pre-flight dataIf  
you match any of the above criteria please fill out this pre-flight data  
capture review form and send to  Bob & Tweeks before launch day for a  
pre-launch document review & flight approval. If you meet any of these  
criteria and fail to send this info ahead of launch day, you may experience  
launch delays, be required to have a more in depth tear down or multi-RSO  
inspection, or be disallowed from flying your project at our launch.Please
